A FirstCall representative will visit you in your home to introduce you to our services by demonstrating the FirstCall website and app; helping you program your phones with FirstCall contact information; resolving any specific questions or concerns you may have. Welcome aboard! You can promptly forget about home maintenance — we’re on it, and you’ve got better things to do! |
Kick-Off Inventory and Inspection
Your FirstCall representative and a small team of tradespeople will inspect and take inventory of your home, from heating system to dishwasher, from pest inspection to energy audit. When we’re done, we will know your house’s features and needs thoroughly. This step may be followed by a proposal for any recommended repairs and improvements, beyond basic maintenance, that the home might need.
Seasonal and/or Scheduled Services
Services performed under the Annual Contract will be scheduled on your FCR account’s calendar. At any time, you can log on to your account, via the FirstCall website, and see your upcoming schedule of services. Email notifications will be sent to you in advance of each visit with information on the exact work to be done and who, specifically, will be doing the work.
Weekly or Monthly Check-in
While your home is vacant, your FirstCall representative can visit on a regular basis (for example, during extended absences) to ensure that all’s well. If anticipated ahead of time, this service can be included in the Annual Contract.
